I know the feeling Sa'ar - I'm still waiting for Carleton and Western. I have, however, been accepted to Ryerson for Aerospace Engineering.

They said that they'd let me know by May 1st, and it looks like they're going right up to the deadline. I've established a rapport with a prof, which has buoyed my hopes. Of course, it also means that rejection will be that much more crushing.

The uncertainty makes it very difficult to plan for the summer.[/color:post_uid0]

But anyway, I'm back from Rolla. :) My presentation on onions went well; I'll probably put up a link if and when I can get wind of it being put on the web. Much better than that of the poor guy who came with 81 loaded Powerpoint slides for a 15-minute talk. ;) :O It was quite an informative jaunt, interesting too, even if I couldn't figure out what several of the presenters were getting at (piezoelectric thingies in four domains? Uh, right, why was this research undertaken again? ;)).[/color:post_uid0]
