Anyone else ever considered that the reason the Dominion had so many ships during the war is because they started making them out of tinfoil? The only thing on the Starfleet roster that blew up as easily was the Miranda class...of course, 90% of the fleet seemed to be Miranda class.[/color:post_uid0]

Actually, I've gotten Intrepid and Defiant-class before.

I also got Akira-class once. The similarity to my name amused me. And there's the whole SAK side of it too. ;)

In Tears of the Prophets, towards the end of the first battle sequence when the Allied fleet is getting the snot kicked out of it by the weapons platforms, there's a good shot of an Akira-class ship cartwheeling across the screen in flames. The resolution isn't good enough to pick out the name, though, unless you have freeze-frame and a better TV than I.[/color:post_uid0]
