Best I can think of right now is: Do you have glasses or contacts?[/color:post_uid0]

My house has both. Plenty of wineglasses and electrical contacts.

Seriously though, they're somewhere around -6 dpt, so I really need them.[/color:post_uid0]

El Question Nuevo! :D
What is the craziest thing you`ve done (recently)?
I went to Sheraton Hotel last week with a friend. 80$ for a few drinks and a sandwich, :D But it was very classy, Americans everywhere, laptops all over the place... Well, you only live once! :D[/color:post_uid0]
taya17
01-27-2004, 07:00 AM
It depends on your definition of "recently", doesn't it?
Hmm... let's see. Probably not dropping out to school and worse still, trying to take an advanced-level module at the same time as an experimental lab module. Yeah. CRAZY.[/color:post_uid0]

The craziest thing? Giving my address to someone I've met on the internet. Something I once swore I'd never do.

I wouldn't have even gotten a buzz, but my friends and I were playing "drinking Monopoly" and i landed on free parking right after opening a new beer   (they said i wouldn't be able to down the whole thing, how could i not prove them wrong ;)) Thats what did me in, before that i was fine.
But like i said, i probably won't do it again anytime soon, as much fun as it was feeling the room spinning ;) i don't like the feeling of not being in compleat control of my actions  :dead:  :p[/color:post_uid0]

Well, I've only been drunk once before too.
I usually drink cokes whenever me and my friends go out, basically because I don't like the taste of beer. Anyway, one time someone told me he'd make some mix for me, and I couldn't ask what it was.
It was good. :D
EDIT: Damn spelling errors.[/color:post_uid0]

And this is American beer.
I've only attempted to get inebriated once. I found I couldn't imbibe fast enough to keep up with my liver. Ethanol is vile swill. I'm a chemist. Trust me on this. I work in a room with many bottles full of 95% ethanol.[/color:post_uid0]

Smell. It would make it much easier to deal with vile chemicals (but a lot harder to tell whether the flask in my hand is full of water or methanol, short of drinking it, and then I'd lose another sense.)[/color:post_uid0]

A thread over at TrekBBS a while ago got me thinking about some of my old favroites. Anyone want to play a couple of old DOS games
Paratrooper (http://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/game/203): Deceptivly easy and very addictive. Since i downloaded it last week i've only beable to score 300 points at most, but i useto beable to get up too 1,000 :D
Gorillas (http://www.telcontar.net/Misc/Gorillas/): My brother and i use to play this all the time. you ajust the angle and speed and throw a exploding banana at your apponant. this isnt the origional version its a remake, not quite as good as the original but close.[/color:post_uid0]
