I must admit, I have to agree with the 'most annoying' list there (in broad terms). And guess who's favourite singer topped the list?

I didn't know Kylie Minogue was still relevent, let alone releasing music.

As for the other nine, there are at least two I've never heard of, and three who I am unable to name a song they perform.

Remember, these are shop workers. The list says more about how often music is played than how good it is.

That said, people are allowed to dislike Britney. That's their pre-ro-ga-tive. (Everybody's talkin' all this stuff about her....)

Definately can sympathise with the entire list. *Especially* Akon.

The Britney-hating part of my brain has mostly been burnt out by repeated usage, though.

Hmmm ... never heard of Akon or Blue. Michael Jackson, nothing new in over 20 years. Of the rest, if I've heard anything at all by them, it was just the odd "song" caught in passing -- none of them have ever risen high enough in my consciousness to approach "annoying" except perhaps some of Michael's post-Thriller stuff.

I'm not a huge fan of Britney, but I'm not a huge fan of Britney bashing, either. Joke about she jokes about, and it's fine. Start to insult her baselessy, and I'm gonna laugh my a...erm I mean, walk out of the room.
