It would make more sense that it is stated as Chairs of DOOOOOM, which seems like the only way to add supsense in the Neverending Story.

Binary Bob, I think, was invented by me. You forgot Zuke, A tribble Delenn (also the wife of John), and a magical cow named Josie

Nope. It started in the "Dear Doctor (../enterprise/fiver.php?ep=deardoctor)" fiver, and has since been referenced by IJD and Wowbagger.

Yes, good point to both NeoMatrix and Zeke.

I think we'll have to turn this over to the sub-committee of deliberation of silly fora in-jokes and eating pie.

But would it be multi-partisan (poly-partisan? Who knows. I think it's a neologism.)? Because how do we garuntee the not-partisan nature of their results?

How many fictional people are there?

1) TopHatMan, the one who wanders around shopping malls looking dazed and confused (and is given meaning to by Orwell)
2) John, the auto-death-reciprocator
3) Karl, the midnight blue obsessed painter of Habsburg (?)
4) Josie the magical cow,
5) Delenn, the tribble-wife,
6) Binary Bob, whose current attributes are unknown
7) Uncle Ugbug, the man with no strong opinion on anything whatsoever. (my fault)

pseudo-8) Seko, psychotic-yet-cute kitten to the Sudan,
pseudo9) 'Seko', pyschotic-yet-cute kitten-clone to the Weevil People Of Weevil 8.

Is that all of them?

It's a book refernced in the Hitchiker's Guide. It tells various tenses for talking about different time travel paradoxes and events. However, no one has ever made it to page 500, and in subsequent editions, all further pages are blank to save on shipping costs.
