Five-Minute The Flash: "Pilot"
Today's update is something I've been saving up for an event. I can still re-link it if I do the event later, and it's been burning a hole in my mental pocket, so this year for my birthday I'm going to go ahead and post it. (As I told Wowbagger once, the best presents are the ones you give yourself. And money.)
You might remember that I'm a huge fan of the Flash. I love the comics first and foremost, but some of the other material is good too, and I have a particular soft spot for the short-lived 1990 TV show, which was on when I was a kid. (I mentioned that once in a T10 disclaimer -- long before it was necessary to specify which Flash show I meant!) I've always wanted to do a proper Flash event or even subsite here. There's more material for it now than ever before (including, just this year, a very dubious movie). So if I end up coming back to it later, act surprised -- but I've had this first part done since last summer and it's time I finally got it out there. Hey, you know Barry Allen, always late! Here's Five-Minute The Flash (1990): "Pilot". (And here's a link to Lycia Naff's IMDb page. You'll know when.) |
If the Flash wrote a "fiver", how short a time frame would it compress an hour-long episode into?
