Heroes turned Star Trek

Well, first George Takei joined the cast of Heroes, Zachary Quinto (Sylar) has taken the role of Spock in the upcoming movie. Now the latest casting sheets are saying that Uhura and Malcom Reed are also joining the cast of Heroes for the second season. Plus the guy who plays Ando in the show is trying to land the part of Sulu in the movie.

I just think that's crazy good.

Pop Tart: Craaaaaaaazy good!

You just HAD to put that in my mind, didn't you?

Celeste 08-12-2007 12:57 PM

I wouldn't be a good forum goer if I didn't. ;)

Crazy good?

Crazy good. Pop Tart commercials have this insane, almost scribbled cartoon Pop Tart character. At the end of the commercials the tart would pop (no pun intended) out of the "o" in "pop" and scream "craaaaazy good!"

Ando could make a good Sulu

Now I know the origins of the phrase 'crazy good'. I don't know how far it's spread yet, but I am the origin of the sarcastic use of 'Joy'.

On topic, for some reason, despite the evilness, I can picture Sylar-guy as Spock. But then, I never watched the Original Series (All I know about it I learned from you guys!)

What do the rest of you who actually know the series and characters think of it? (Besides 'Crazy good')

McCoy: Oh. Joy.

I think he's got you beat by a bit.

I'm pretty sure I didn't get it from anyone. I started saying it a lot all by myself.
