Probably best to categorise into the good/of import, the bad, and the so bad they're funny.
Good/important
An Unearthly Child - you need to at least see the first episode.
Power of the Daleks- is supposed to be good, though I haven't seen this one.......
the Spearhead from Space - very good, although a bit '70s tacky......
Frontier In Space, and
Planet of the Daleks go together cuz they've got a direct link, and are good, but see previous comment about '70s tacky....
Ark In Space, Revenge of the Cybermen, the Sontaran Experiment and Genesis of the Daleks are a mini-arc and should be watched in roughly that order (can't remember it exactly)
