fwiw, it was featured in PM Press's Dangerous Visions and New Worlds: Radical Science Fiction, 1950 to 1985 (2021) edited by Andrew Nette and Iain McIntyre:

"The 1972 novel Revelations also includes an astronaut who has had a nervous breakdown and become obsessed with getting on television to expose the failings of the space program."
