A woman orders McNuggets at McDonald's. They are temporarily out of McNuggets. They will not refund the money, but instead suggest a substitution. She calls 911.
Okay, yes, she overreacted, but I would also expect the person at the counter to know there aren't McNuggets right now and thus not take her money in the first place. Seriously, there's a policy that says you can't refund the money in a situation like this? Who thought that up?
