ost_uid0]I believe photobucket is an image host. It means you can upload something to a photobucket account, and use an url for your avatar/icon/user pic/etc. i.e.
photobucket.com/user/avatar.jpg (dunno if that's a valid url so I wouldn't click it but whatever)
Uploading to the board appears to be disabled right now.
