Are you in some weird time zone 40 minutes out of sync with all the others? Â I know that half-hour time zones exist (Newfoundland, for example). Maybe somebody's clock is just off by 8 minutes.

My guess is that you're in South Australia or the Northern Territory.[/colorost_uid0]
