I'm not quite sure if he's a Trekkie or not. The man is not terribly well cultured from what I've heard. He's just surrounded by an amazing crew of writers who are well versed in pop culture. I know the man hasn't seen "The Wizard of Oz". I might recall him saying the same about Trek, but I'm not sure. Maybe I'll investigate that further....
