Ahh, Tempus. His episodes (and costume!) were always profoundly stupid but he seemed to have so much fun with the part. Especially in the original Tempus/Wells episode, where Tempus gleefully explains to Lois exactly how dumb she is. "I'm Clark Kent! No, I'm Superman! ... Hello!"
