The Ninja Girl? (Jubei-chan). That's my only guess now that the stupid 'the' is out in the open... Also. That reference to easter eggs made me search the list for one for ten minutes. Good list as usual, I assume the event is nearing full completion just in time for the next April Fools' event in...two months? (Go for the year mark, that could totally be a record.)
