Weeeeeeeellllllll.......
Tapes or Internet files aren't legal, technically, but You shouldn't have any problems with either, unless you're a big fileserver, or one of those people who sneaks tapes out of production before a movie's been released. (The companies would rather you use tapes, if you're wondering)
