Ginga is humming! I can teach you about HTML if you want! In fact, the PHP/JS Chat about will have info about simple HTML as that is one way to do formatting in it!

Xeroc proposes a wonderful thing. I know really basic HTML... but is it enough to make the website I'm going to make?

Most certainly not.

I gotta know about mouseovers. Argh. And probably some other stuff.

I have never done raw HTML before. Big step. :O

Actually, mouseovers are done with either JavaScript or CSS.


CSS makes formatting, like links that change color when you mouseover them. This isn't very hard.


JavaScript is an interactive scripting language you write into a web page that does stuff, like change an image when you mouseover it. This can be easy, but can also be really complex.

Xeroc informs me that mouseovers are indeed more complicated than they seem.

I've done a smidge of work with CSS before. o_o I need to know way more about it, though. Yikes. D:

Actually, mouseovers are really easy!



Put this inside the of your page:



(for a blackish background)


You can change the colors to whatever you want and now all your links hover and change colors!
