The domain is .to, which is apparently for Tonga.

They apparently speak Tongan there.

Whether that's what they're actually speaking, of course, is unknown.

The language is indeed Finnish (Suomeen?)

Tonga (.to), like Tuvalu (.tv), cashed in their domain address extension chips fairly early on.

Ah, Finnish. I *thought* it looked like a Nordic language, but I too looked at .to and thought maybe it was some funny Mauritian language or the other.

I thought .tv stood for Tivioli or something? My friend said it was some small fishing island with a population of like 200 whose major export was the domain name .tv..... *dunno*
