Default Apparently

Apparently, it is impossible to lick your elbow.

Useless fact. Plus, I now get the mental image of people all around the world seeing if they can  Try explaining that one in the office

Yeah...ok, I'm bored

It really is, but I tried that years ago. *quick test* Still no success. Well then.

Um... I can't lick my elbow... but I CAN stick my fist in my mouth. Does that count for anything? X_x Not only that, but I can wiggle some of my fingers like spaghetti. Now THAT must count for something.

*touches nose to elbow with no problem* :?

*succeeds with his lips too*

...Oh, you mean the point of the elbow? Well of course! There's that big fat arm in the way and with that silly ball-and-socket joint for a shoulder and that one-way joint for an elbow there's no way you're getting around it.

Why is it that the first thing I do after reading this post is try to lick my elbow, i'm sure looking like a nit with with my tongue sticking out and my arm held up at a weird angle? :P

Did that thought cross any of your minds as well?

You`re not the only one, Celeste,

To answer your question - humans, by nature, are a stupid species. They try to lick their elbow and fail.

While we Vortas also try to lick our elbows and succeed.

...and while you are preoccupied with that silly activity, Worf runs in with a phaser rifle and blasts you to bits. Yep, we humans are the stupid ones all right...

Worf wasn't even trying to lick his elbow. Klingons are un-stupid like that.
