It's a fun show. As is B5, but they're very different. Stargate is "current", action, humour, etc. B5 is in the future, serious, and arc driven.

Don't mind Pointy. He's a masochist and likes being hit with the 5-Mile Space Station of Smiting. Or whatever it is. [/quote]

I don't think so. And now that you mention it. There should be.

I'm afraid you are mistaken, Pointy. B5 doesn't suck, it rotates. Also, it makes a rather satisfying "crunch" sound when it connects with your head. Like so:

*THWAP*

*CRUNCH*

Oh, and did I also mention that you were dead? My bad, I forgot.

I told you. I told you. Don't provoke the station, man! *headshake* 17 tells them, but do they listen to 17? Nooooo.... Nobody listens to 17. *goes off muttering about wrong tools*

Does anyone else around here find Pointy's constant desires for being mortally wounded disturbing?

There used to be... a month or so ago. #fiveminutevoyager on DarkStar or something or the other. I'm not sure if it's still in use, though!

Well of course there is a 5MV channel on IRC! It`s called #5mv, on Dwarfstar server. There is also one secret 5MV channel, the name of which shall not be revealed, considering it`s secret and all...

Several months ago, Saturdays were the meet-up day on #5mv. Well, I don`t see why we couldn`t continue that tradition... Saturday, everyone! And do stay for four or five hours, 8)

Several months ago on 5MV IRC a plan has been coined about planting a giant dead octopus into a certain forumgoer`s bed. We`re still working on it,
