The "evening"/"sun is shining" is actually funnier than the sudden appearance of corpses... 8)

Spock: He was head of the Tarsus colony, and when food ran out, he executed the 4000 colonists he considered of least value. He must have used an unusual metric, since one of the victims was one of Starfleet's leading ling--

Lenore: ...Go, bid the soldiers shoot. (collapses)
Kirk: Wow. I've never seen the entire text of Hamlet squealed so eloquently.

We used to make jokes about that in class -- how it always took eight pages of "Oh I am dying" and "I am slain!" for the person to finish kicking off.

Adam: Lalalala!
Mavig: Lalalalalalalala! C'mon, join us Spock!
Spock: "La".

Zeke: No, no, no, no! Look, we've had Genghis Khan, Madeleine Khan, the Aga Khan, Chaka Khan, James Caan, ComiCon, an ex-con... we're running out of patience, and Sa'ar's building up an immunity to chloroform.

Khan: (sigh) If there is one thing I cannot stand, it is a pouting Klingon.

Do they make targy eyes?

(The narrative will skip over the tedious details of inching the chairs over to a convenient metal shelving unit, slicing through ropes and wrists, restraining up Khan and the guard and emptying their pockets.)

Could've been a cool montage set to appropriate '80's music...

I'm assuming that's straight from Hamlet, actually. There's a scene that opens at midnight and concludes a few minutes later at dawn.

I'm not in a position to update the news page right now, but I have a minute to post here. The second half of the 5MST event will be delayed briefly due to problems on my end. I'll elaborate tomorrow and give an ETA for updates resuming (it'll be no later than Monday).

As you'll have guessed, the last three days of the 5MST event are being held up a bit. There have been problems on my end and IJD GAF's, and the two of us are responsible for most of the remaining content. As a result, Day 5 unfortunately can't be any sooner than Monday (when I get back to Waterloo). I'll do my best to make that estimate exact. In the meantime, I'll see if I can find a couple of small updates to make.
