[color=#000000ost_uid0][quoteost_uid0]I don't want their territory, it's way too cold for me there!
[/quoteost_uid0]

Weak! Weak!

[quoteost_uid0]I want to send the Germans there. They're annoying.[/quoteost_uid0]

We had some during WWII. We sent them back. After one winter they said they'd take their chances with the Russian Front.[/colorost_uid0]

What do you mean, weak? I don't see you biking ten km to school and back, even in winter! [/colorost_uid0]

I walk to class, which doesn't take on since I live on campus. Biking is a lot harder when it's straight up a hill. That, and I don't own a bike.[/colorost_uid0]

Lazy, plus it's hard to look for a house from across five provinces.

I'm moving out in May.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]GASP! And I have to drive in a bloody tram for 30 minutes from my apartment to my college... in the middle of a rush hour! And then 30 minutes back, of course...

(of course I go to my college only when I feel like it... it has very flexible attendance rules) [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]The tram is horrible! It`s always filled with annoying and loud people. It makes crazy noises. It is slow. Seats are barely ever free. And every time I need tram No.14, No.7 arrives. When I really need 7, 14 arrives...[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]The roads are filled with annoying and loud 12-year-olds. They make crazy noises, and so do some bikes, mine included. Bikes are slower. The lights are barely ever green. On top of that, it's cold. Oh, and I still have to get my light fixed.[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Just don't close your eyes when it's cold.

Oh, and don't stick your head in water when it's below -20 degrees Celsius.

You know, this is exactly why I'm not planning to visit Canada in winter. [/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Actually, putting your head in water would just chill you even faster, given the conductive nature of water.

Enh. Eastern and central Canada get cold in winter. Western Canada, out here on the coast (A.K.A. Lotus Land), just gets 100% humidity from time to time.

Wait let me check the humidity at this moment at the Victoria airport.

*elevator music*

There we go. 90% humidity at 6C. Not bad for 7 PM in January.

Not like, sub-Martian cold. *cocks a snook at Sa'ar*[/colorost_uid0]

[color=#000000ost_uid0]Heh, well, that's nothing. Here in Stoke we get....fog...sometimes.

Damn. I'm not going to win on this one, am I?

On Lewis it wasn't so much the temperature as the wind. There's nothing like a force nine Atlantic gale to bring colour to your cheeks (and blow you right over too if you're not careful).[/colorost_uid0]

We had that once, that was fun. You could lean backwards into the wind.

And PHJ, remember the rain. [/colorost_uid0]
