This guy's my favourite minor character in a strip full of great ones. Until his untimely dissolution in molten pudding, he ran the RDCLBA. He was also, as seen above, the guy at the library with Robert. Without the Pentagon, Robert might not have been kicked out, and then where would we be? Besides exactly the same place.
