That was... painful.
Incidentally, this (http://www.draknek.org/hoop/trailer.zip) piece of madness my friends and I cooked up seems on-topic.

The domain is .to, which is apparently for Tonga (http://www.iana.org/root-whois/to.htm).
They apparently speak Tongan (http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/geos/tn.html) there.
Whether that's what they're actually speaking, of course, is unknown.

It looked Finnish to me. Apparently Tonga's a long-lost colony of Finland.

The language is indeed Finnish (Suomeen?)
Tonga (.to), like Tuvalu (.tv), cashed in their domain address extension chips fairly early on.

Ah, Finnish. I *thought* it looked like a Nordic language, but I too looked at .to and thought maybe it was some funny Mauritian language or the other.
I thought .tv stood for Tivioli or something? My friend said it was some small fishing island with a population of like 200 whose major export was the domain name .tv..... *dunno*

Will you start learning Finnish now? I hear it`s five times more complicated than Croatian.

Finnish isn't Nordic, except by courtesy. The Finns hacked their way off the steppe into Europe along with the Estonians and Hungarians. Those three languages aren't even Indo-European.

Tuvalu. Collection of bits of coral strung out along half the Pacific. Gonna be awash when the ice caps melt. Tivoli is a computer-related company that a friend of mine works for in Texas.
This pontification brought to you by the letters e, g, o and the number i. May contain nuts.

Also a large garden or park (http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-2773960-tivoli_copenhagen-i) in Copenhagen.

^ Possibly, but it's pretty obviously referring to the movie. If you've seen that, you should be okay.

I always said I'd read the book before the movie.
