Forgot my password. It's a bugger of a thing, me forgetting stuff. It's happening too much. I'm Hejira, by the way. It's how my usernames go; Hejira, Flixibixi, Blue Midget. If anyone has any ideas for the fourth rung, I'm listening.
In a manner of speaking.
Not to make this completely pointless, is there anything you keep on forgetting that you wish you wouldn't? Anniversaries, public holidays, where to put the milk?
I realise this is more of an LJ post than a forum post, but I forgot my LJ account almost a year ago. :(

I have a tip for you......
do you know an ancient form of communication?
it includes paper and pencil....you can "write" such things down and pin it to your wall or stick it to your screen
so you never forget the pws

Or you can put them all into a secure Password Manager or an encrypted text file - so you only need to remember one to get them all!

As an added bonus, you only need to forget one to lose them all! ;)

Maybe you need the One Pass Word to Rule Them All.

here's an idea, they made these little yellow pieces of paper, and they have weak glue on the back, you can write something down, and POST-IT on an available surface

Done and done. Except the sticky stuff falls off and gets lost, and I upgraded my browser and lost the data previously Wanded.
