OK, I haven`t seen [i:post_uid0]Enterprise[/i:post_uid0] Season 2 and 3 yet (darn). So, what I`m curious about is - were there any Bajorans on the [i:post_uid0]Enterprise[/i:post_uid0]? Since DS9 is on TV every day here, and Bajorans are quite a recurring theme, and I wondered...

If they didn`t appear, it`s quite interesting to imagine what their culture must have been like in the 22nd Century... since the Cardassians invaded them around the beginning of the 24th. Those were very likely much different Bajorans, strong, powerful... even more sophisticated than humans. Picard did say the Bajorans had an advanced civilization half a million years ago...[/color:post_uid0]

Nope. No Bajorans. I think it's because they live so far away from sector 001. No cardassians either.

And as I understand it, they were very advanced, and a highly spiritual people, but not very strong.[/color:post_uid0]

Well I don't see [i:post_uid0]the expanse[/i:post_uid0] on any starfleet maps. Who's to say they can't reach Bajoran space? Would be interesting though. ^_^[/color:post_uid0]

No, no Bajorans. Honestly, I'd be a little more interested in seeing Cardassians though. They weren't always the militaristic regime depicted in DS9, and so it'd be interesting to see what they're like in ENT's time. (Wasn't that Cardassian poet guy exiled to Vulcan around ENT's time?)[/color:post_uid0]

That proves nothing *g*

Although I suppose it's not beyond the realm of probability that the Bajorans have explored towards Earth, since they made it to Cardassia 800 years before DS9. In addition, the Bajorans were introduced on TNG as a species we already knew but hadn't show before. There can be Bajorns on Enterprise without screwing up too much continuity - so don't expect to see them.

Although, to be fair, they're sorta locked into their more-T&A-and-explosions Xindi arc, which doesn't leave much room for side-trips.[/color:post_uid0]

I love Q episodes... but Q on ENT is just wrong. Not that that's stopped them before, of course, but still...

What troubles me is that DeLancie's getting [i:post_uid0]old[/i:post_uid0]. He looked so tired and, and saggy in [i:post_uid0]Q2[/i:post_uid0], I was shocked... I'm worried they won't be able to bring him back even if/when they do another series where he [i:post_uid0]does[/i:post_uid0] fit in...[/color:post_uid0]

Well that would be cool!

And the Cardassians too... I think someone said they were a very peaceful, enlightened and spiritual people in their past, before they`ve squandered all of their natural resources and became ruthless conquerors in order to survive. And it would be interesting to see a Bajoran and a Cardassian together on ENT... they`d probably be friends...

[i:post_uid0]This sig is a proud part of the international "Get Robert Picardo to Register" campaign! We're still working on it. [/i:post_uid0]
