Matt Groening and Weird Al Yankovic have both cited him as a major influence, and I know of at least one Jim Wright VOY synopsis which borrows a line from his landmark [iost_uid0]Stan Freberg Presents the United States of America - Part I: the Early Years[/iost_uid0].
