um...the first one.
Alexia, you got the question right! Lord Haw-Haw was an Irish traitor in WWII. He got involved with Oswald Mosely and his blackshirts and was very antisemitic. And went to Germany, and broadcast anti-allies messages etc to Europe. He was eventually hanged for High Treason, I think (or should have been). Hanging, or being Hanged, Drawn and Quatered (meat is hung, people are hanged)
