Harvey was gone for a few EPs in Season 4 but
he came back into John's mind near the end, and
did you see his costume in the final EP?!

Hmmm, could be? Or she had her seeing-powers
removed and that change we see in her eyes is
the result of the damage done from the blindness
she suffered in the final EP.

Find someone who has Sci-Fi channel or a
really big sattelite dish pointed into space
in order to pick up every cable TV station.
Or I'm sure they'll have a complete version
of it available on the internet, there's already
a few minutes of it stolen from the FS ppl
that you can download (I don't know the
link though, sorry!)
