ost_uid0]It always amuses me when people from, say, Sweden, the Netherlands or Israel have a better command of the English language than the average 1337 AOHellion hacker. It makes me wish I spoke better French. I'm fluent by BC standards, which means I took it Grade 11 and have forgotten most of it. I can get by reading cereal packages and stop signs, but somebody trying to have a full-speed thickly-accented conversation with me will quickly switch to English in frustration.
Although I've been told that my accent dead on Quebecois. Weird, since I've never been further east than Edmonton and there is no Gallic anywhere in my ancestry (unless you count the Normans).[/color
