Yeah -- it must be the parts. *cough* Although we really only saw a very small number being converted at Torchwood. Maybe there's a few still about somewhere... I mean, what if a Cyberman was, I dunno, trapped under a rock, or handcuffed to a steel girder or something?
Yvonne's bit was interesting, a contrast to alt-Jackie remembering but not feeling in "Age of Steel." I love how she cried axle grease...
